GENERAL FUNCTIONS:
Ensure that all administrative duties involved with repairing vending equipment is recorded by each service personnel and entered accurately into EZ Office.
GENERAL FUNCTIONS:
Reports to: Corporate Development Manager
Supervises: None
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and distribute the daily service tech report detailing all tech activities from the previous day for all depots outside service techs and Marion’s inside team.
2. Review the previous day’s work orders for any possible warranty claims and submit them to the proper vendor for reimbursement
3. Produce and distribute all reports assigned per the “Report Recap” on daily, weekly, monthly, or annual as they are assigned.
7. Responsible for working safely and for reporting potential hazardous problems in the work area to management.
8. Reporting on execution programs in Full Line.
9. To perform other service duties as assigned and deemed necessary by the Corporate Development Manager.
