Hybrid Maintenance Technician presso Master Roll Manufacturing

Master Roll Manufacturing is seeking a day shift Maintenance Technician.

About the Role:

 The Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing equipment and facilities. This position is responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and executing repairs to minimize downtime and enhance productivity. The technician will work closely with various mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring they are functioning optimally and safely. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with other team members to identify areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions. Ultimately, the Maintenance Technician contributes to the overall efficiency and reliability of the manufacturing process, supporting the company's goals and objectives.Pay is based on experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, plumbing, and electrical wiring.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong experience working  with electrical, and  plumbing systems.
• Experience with machiniery maintenance , completing PM.
• Additional training in safety protocols and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues as they arise in the manufacturing facility
• May need to climb ladders and work at heights to access equipment and perform necessary maintenance tasks.

Skills:

The required skills of plumbing, mechanical repair, and electrical wiring are essential for diagnosing and resolving issues that may arise in the manufacturing environment.  Climbing ladders maybe necessary to access high equipment, requiring a focus on safety and proper technique. Overall, these skills are integrated into daily tasks to maintain the functionality and safety of the manufacturing facility.
