Fluency in both English and Spanish is a mandatory requirement for this position due to regular communication with both English and Spanish-speaking employees, managers, and clients.

We are seeking a highly motivated Night Shift Site Supervisor in the West Palm Beach, FL area with proven experience managing operations in Class A+ commercial buildings. 

The hours for this position are 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Flexibility may be needed based on operational needs.

The Supervisor will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and client service, while ensuring smooth communication with both English- and Spanish-speaking employees, managers, and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead operations and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and service quality within Class A+ commercial buildings.
• Understand the commercial janitorial industry, including stripping & waxing floors and shampooing carpets.  
• Supervise, train, and monitor staff; adjust work schedules as needed.
• Conduct inspections, enforce safety procedures, and ensure equipment is maintained. 
• Available to work if needed during emergencies (floods, hurricanes, etc.) and flexible with hours, including weekends.
• Provide labor support on short notice if required.   
• Use technology (smartphones, iPads, payroll/scheduling systems) for inspections and reporting.
• Give clear verbal and written instructions.
• Handle special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience managing janitorial operations, preferably in Class A+ commercial buildings.
• Minimum 2 years of industry experience in floor care, and general cleaning.  
• Proficiency with scheduling, payroll systems, and Excel.
• Proficiency in Excel and basic math skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Ability to prioritize workloads and remain detail-oriented under pressure.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to carry, lift, push, or pull thirty (30) pounds or more.
• Professionalism, flexibility, and a positive, team-oriented approach.
