- $73,742.00.00 per annum + 12% superannuation
- Full time, fixed term opportunity (Until 03/06/2026 – parental leave backfill)
- Wadawurrung/Geelong based role (hybrid work from home – 3 days a week in office)
About the opportunity
The Booking Officer provides operational support and services to appropriately schedule, Independent Medical Examinations (IME) and Independent Impairment Assessments (IIA) for injured workers within relevant legislation, whilst actively managing expectations of insurance agents and medical practitioners.
Key accountabilities:
- Undertake booking services using relevant IT systems, business processes and direct provider contacts (via phone and email)
- Build rapport and maintain stakeholder relationships with IME/IIAs via telephone to manage fluctuating supply and demand for appointments.
- Actively contribute to continual improvement in the system and processes.
- Ensuring an effective and efficient customer service is provided to all key stakeholders.
- Perform a diverse range of administrative task including scheduling IME/IIA booking within WorkSafe systems, maintaining databases accurately to ensure data integrity, and inbox management.
- Ensure all bookings are made inline with Service Level Agreements.

You will also possess:
- Experience in a similar role undertaking inbound/outbound calls, administrative tasks and accurate data entry
- Ability to work within fast paced and changing environments.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and sound organisational skills.
- Solid working knowledge of Excel & Word
