Hybrid On Call Provider presso Triangle Disability & Autism Services

We are seeking an On-Call Provider in the Orange County, Wake County and Durham County areas for various times throughout the week and weekend. The On-Call Provider serves as a backup staff for when regularly scheduled supports are unavailable.

Note: Your schedule would consist of substitute shifts scheduled in advance, as well as shifts scheduled the day of. This position will require working in different areas all over the Triangle depending on what the coverage need is each week.

Triangle Disability & Autism Services has a proud history of supporting and advocating for children and adults with intellectual & developmental disabilities. The most vital work is done every day by the Support Professionals who provide one-on-one support to our participants.

Duties: Our staff help participants meet their individual goals through skill-building, community networking, personal care, and supported employment. And because services are provided in participants' homes and communities, staff must be able to work independently, take initiative, and communicate professionally with participants, families, & community partners in a timely manner.

Two years’ experience working with people with IDD and autism preferred. Training is provided. Pay starts at $16.50/hour. 

Requirements:

• Being committed to people with disabilities
• Candidates must be at least 18 years old
• Candidates must have a high school diploma or a GED
• Valid Driver's License and ability to transport clients
