This is a hybrid role, with two days a week in our vibrant Slough office, giving you the perfect blend of collaboration and flexibility.In this role, you’ll work hand-in-hand with our Senior Leadership Team to influence strategy, shape our OKRs, and ensure our People Plan is fully aligned to the business agenda. You’ll seek out opportunities to transform how we work, champion agile ways of working, and bring fresh thinking to every challenge.You’ll be a trusted advisor and thought leader on all things people , from transformation and organisational effectiveness to performance and talent management.
