Job Summary

  • Handles inbound and out bound calls of guest for services.

 

General Accountabilities

·          

    • Capturing inbound leads and converting to sales
    • Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold
    • Answering phones and direct consumer to the proper department and follow up in a timely manner
    • Familiarize yourself with department structure & internal procedures for assisting customer efficiently
    • Various clerical duties as needed
    • Remind guest of campaigns and promotions
    • Train staff, scheduling team and hiring new employees
    • Assist customer with scheduling appointments for different departments
    • Knowledge of brand
    • Creating show room traffic
    • Setting  appointment goals and tracking
    • Assist customers by providing information and resolving their complaints
    • Available to work flexible hours on weekend
