Job Summary
- Handles inbound and out bound calls of guest for services.
General Accountabilities

- Capturing inbound leads and converting to sales
- Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold
- Answering phones and direct consumer to the proper department and follow up in a timely manner
- Familiarize yourself with department structure & internal procedures for assisting customer efficiently
- Various clerical duties as needed
- Remind guest of campaigns and promotions
- Train staff, scheduling team and hiring new employees
- Assist customer with scheduling appointments for different departments
- Knowledge of brand
- Creating show room traffic
- Setting appointment goals and tracking
- Assist customers by providing information and resolving their complaints
- Available to work flexible hours on weekend
