The Executive Assistant (EA) to the Sr Vice President of Transformation provides executive support for the Direct to Consumer (DTC)including Ecommerce, Consumer Care, and Retail teams. Ensuring high-level administrative support for efficient operation of the DTC leadership office. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, consumer-focused environment. The EA acts as a key liaison between DTC leadership, internal stakeholders, and external partners, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the DTC team.

Jockey is seeking an Executive Assistant for the Direct to Consumer Department.

This position is located at our corporate headquarters in Kenosha, WI (between Chicago, IL and Milwaukee, WI area).

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Manage calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel for the Head of DTC.
  • Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and personnel information.
  • Provide additional support coverage for other clients supported by executive assistants as needed.
  • Coordinate team events and seminars for up to 80 people.
  • Handle expense reporting for the DTC team.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements as needed.
  • Manage offsites and meetings while providing food and beverages as needed.
  • Serve as a point of contact for senior leaders, partners, and vendors interacting with the DTC executive office.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across teams to facilitate communication and collaboration.
  • Other job duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience supporting a senior executive, preferably in a consumer-focused, digital, or retail environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree or relative certification
