Key Responsibilities:
- Process and submit warranty claims accurately and efficiently to manufacturers.
- Verify repair orders, parts, and labor details to ensure compliance with warranty guidelines. - Coordinate with service technicians, parts department, and customers to resolve warranty issues promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of all warranty transactions and follow up on pending claims. - Assist in auditing warranty files for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Provide administrative support to the service team, including scheduling and reporting.
Qualifications:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in warranty administration, automotive service, or a related administrative role.
- Strong knowledge of automotive warranty processes and manufacturer guidelines (experience with brands like Ford, GM, VW, Mitsubishi a plus).
- Proficiency in dealership management software (e.g., CDK, Reynolds, Dealertrack preferred)
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. - Valid driver's license and a clean driving record, and clean drug screen.
