Krejci Academy, a therapeutic day school program of Little Friends, is looking to add a Behavior Specialist to their Behavior Team.

Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis, designed to increase social, communication, and daily living skills and decrease behavior problems. Complete functional behavioral assessments, develop and monitor behavior support plans and individualized treatment plans, collect and analyze data, provide training.

Responsible for responding to crises throughout the schools, including responding to high-stress, physical situations.

Requirements

2+ years working in behavioral settings. RBT or working on hours toward BCBA certification.
