We’re looking for a Data Platform Consultant who thrives on building data solutions, collaborating with clients, and learning from senior team members. This role is central to delivering high-quality data pipelines, models, and reports that help our clients make smarter decisions.

What you'll be doing...
You’ll play a central role in building and delivering data solutions for our clients. You’ll work closely with senior consultants and client stakeholders to understand requirements and implement high-quality outcomes.

- Managing your own deliverables and contributing to the success of your project team with increasing independence
- Building data pipelines and models using tools like SQL, Snowflake, and Matillion
- Proactively raising issues, managing your time effectively, and completing tasks with minimal prompting
- Communicating clearly with clients and peers, actively listening to understand needs and provide thoughtful solutions
- Offering multiple approaches to solve problems, explaining your reasoning, and adapting to changing project requirements
- Reflecting on feedback, showing initiative in your development, and supporting colleagues where you can
In your first 3–6 months, success might look like: - Delivering your first end-to-end data pipeline with minimal guidance
- Receiving positive feedback from senior consultants on quality and collaboration
- Building strong rapport with at least one client team

- TA Interview (30-45 mins) - An introductory conversation with a member of our Talent Acquisition team
- Technical Deep Dive (60 mins) - A technically focussed interview with one of our Senior or Principal Data Platform Consultants
- Final Round (60 mins) - An interview with a member of our Senior Leadership Team to assess overall fit, both technically and culturally.
