Nuclear Care Partners provides exceptional care to America’s former atomic workers. We’re seeking an experienced Director of Revenue Cycle Management to lead our billing and collections operations, optimize financial processes, and ensure accurate, timely revenue for the organization.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor the billing and collections team

• Oversee all revenue cycle processes from charge entry to collections

• Ensure accuracy in billing data, claims submission, and payment posting

• Monitor clearinghouse and payor transactions; resolve denials and appeals

• Analyze fee schedules and accounts receivable to maximize collections

• Provide reporting on A/R days, bad debt, contractual adjustments, and trends

• Recommend process improvements to reduce outstanding receivables

• Partner with Finance, Operations, and HR to support business objectives

• Assist with month-end close and financial reporting

What You’ll Bring

• Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field; or 15+ years accounting experience

• Extensive knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle management

• Proven leadership experience in billing/collections

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Proficiency in revenue cycle systems and Microsoft Excel
