We are looking for an Executive Assistant for our Sales Department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-level administrative support to department leaders and team members, including managing calendars and schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining timekeeping records.
  • Serve as a liaison between leaders and external stakeholders, maintaining effective communication channels.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of meetings and special events (i.e. staff meetings, global sales meetings, and incentive trips), including drafting agendas, coordinating travel arrangements, and following up on action items.
  • Maintain and update department calendars and contact lists.
  • Handle miscellaneous projects while managing general workflow assignments for leaders and team members.
  • Prepare, review, and edit various documents and presentations with precision and clarity.
  • Perform general office duties, including ordering supplies, maintaining records, and organizing mail.
