Job Summary

The Manager, Sales Support & Operations will work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team. This role will be graphically oriented to assist assigned authors and subject matter experts in developing graphics that convey the theme or our solution being proposed and working closely with graphic designers to ensure the accuracy of illustrations and proposal covers.

Job Responsibilities

• Leads and manages the proposal development process and drives the proposal response and content contributors, writers, Subject Matter Authorities, and reviewers to the proposal outline. Schedules and assure that the proposal is compliant, compelling, and persuasive in accordance with the solicitation and all referenced documents.
• Reviews and understands the solicitation documents (draft, final, Q&A, amendments, etc.) and creates/develops key proposal artifacts, such as vital templates and outlines to assist writers in developing appropriate content and compliant responses.
• Establishes and maintains the schedule for development, reviewing, and production based on the submission due date and requirements.
• Leads the proposal kickoff meeting, ensuring that the proposal outline and schedule are distributed, issues are addressed, and writers are assigned.
• Incorporates and formats written responses into formal review documents for each level of review.
• Tracks the schedule and progress to ensure all deadlines are met.
• Incorporates win themes and strategies into the appropriate sections of the response.
• Writes original text for activities such as Executive Summaries, company qualifications/capabilities, past performance, resumes, and other marketing-related materials.

Qualifications

Education & Years of Experience

• Associate's Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 7-9 years of work experience

Additional Experience

• Prior experience in a supervisory role is required
• Healthcare and/or Language Services background is required

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
• Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

Pay Rate

Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
