Inside the Role

The Manager, Pricing & Systems, is a strategic and operational leader within the Fleet Services Group (FSG), driving commercial execution, scalability, and governance across service product lines. This role is accountable for pricing strategy, governance, and execution, as well as ownership of enterprise systems supporting offer configuration, pricing, quoting, ordering, and e-commerce.

Serving as the business lead for platforms such as CPQ, OWL, PRISM, and the Excelerator e-commerce platform, the position bridges IT, Product Management, Sales, Finance, and Service Operations to ensure aftermarket offerings—ASP, Digital, ZEV, and Bundled Services—are launched and maintained with precision, compliance, and a customer-first approach.

Position offers a starting salary range of $128,000 - $164,000 USD 

Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience

What You Drive at DTNA

1. Pricing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and maintain pricing frameworks across ASP, Digital, ZEV, and Bundled Services.

  • Align pricing with customer value, competitive benchmarks, and margin objectives.

  • Support scalable pricing models for both direct and digital sales channels.

  • Analyze Fair Market Value (FMV) of pricing based on competitors published extended coverage pricing; development of a new market pricing strategy (non-FMV) for service product

  • Price custom coverage requests and keep dealer-facing tools (Quick Quote) current. 

  • Submit pricing via Alteryx to have prices loaded or updated in SpecPro and PWMS

2. Governance & Pricing Approval

  • Drive pricing proposals through leadership and financial approval committees.

  • Work in close collaboration with controlling and Sales to define MSRP (retail price)

  • Define and manage discounting thresholds, guardrails, and workflow approvals to maintain commercial discipline.

  • Responsible for audit controls and performing requests from auditors

  • Responsible for internal audit requests from Internal Control Services (ICR)

3. Business Systems Leadership

  • Serve as the business lead for pricing and offer execution across enterprise platforms including CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), OWL, PRISM, and the e-commerce platform.

  • Define functional business requirements and collaborate with IT on implementation, testing, and continuous improvement.

  • Ensure system readiness for offer configuration, quoting, ordering, billing, and fulfillment.

  • Drive consistency of offer setup across channels, enabling smooth transactions and reporting.

  • Work with our pass-through vendors (Cummins, Eaton, and Allison) to validate coverages and balance funds

4. Data Book Code Creation & Management

  • Lead the creation and lifecycle management of data book codes for all Fleet Services offerings.

  • Ensure codes are correctly implemented across systems (ERP, PRISM, CPQ, e-commerce) to enable accurate quoting, billing, and analytics.

5. Analytics & Performance Monitoring

  • Track price performance, customer adoption, win/loss trends, and profitability by product and channel.

  • Use insights to recommend adjustments to pricing models, bundling strategy, or channel approach.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Service Operations to align commercial strategies with systems and execution.

  • Support enterprise readiness during new product introductions, price updates, and digital rollout initiatives.

  • Accuracy in pricing execution across platforms. 

  • Speed & transparency in approvals and launches. 

  • System readiness with minimal transactional errors. 

  • Field adoption of pricing/configuration tools. 

  • Revenue impact from optimized pricing and governance. 

Knowledge You Should Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in pricing, commercial operations, or systems enablement.

  • Exposure to product lifecycle or offer management processes.

  • Strong knowledge of DTNA products and roadmaps 

  • Customer orientated with a strong sense for the user experience 

  • Experience with pricing and configuration systems (CPQ, ERP, PRISM) and digital commerce platforms.

  • Strong analytical and project management capabilities.

  • Proven ability to collaborate across functions and drive execution in a matrixed organization.

  • Ability and willingness to work in a fast paced, and agile work environment required.

  • Willingness to thrive in unknown, VUCA environment required.

  • Willingness to travel (20%) required.

Exceptional Candidates Might Have

  • Experience in Aftermarket services, digital product commercialization, or recurring revenue models.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, OWL, and e-commerce enablement in a B2B context.

  • Exposure to product lifecycle or offer management processes.

  • Strong knowledge of DTNA products and roadmaps preferred.

  • Customer orientated with a strong sense for the user experience preferred.
