The role
Spa & Store Receptionists are the heartbeat of our business, consistently delivering outstanding customer service year-round. We're seeking individuals who are not just passionate and motivated but also enthusiastic about showcasing our beautiful products. As an excellent team player, you'll actively engage in giving and receiving feedback, contributing to the growth of our collective skills.

You'll go beyond the basics by asking insightful questions to understand each customer's needs, and showcasing our products through captivating demonstrations. Support their purchasing decisions by confirming interest through thoughtful questions and securing sales. Your role includes offering shop tours with intelligent link sales, crafting personalised routines, and providing pampering sit-down consultations, including decadent hand and arm massages as part of your daily routine.

Through in-depth training on our products and ingredients, you'll become a Lush Ambassador, embodying our ethics and values to our customers. Your crucial role will help create the ultimate experience for our guests, ensuring we offer the best service on the high street!

Spa Receptionists deliver an outstanding customer experience when communicating with our customers and ensure the smooth communication between the customer, the team and the company. There's lots to keep up with and resilience in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment is key to success in this role.

Our ideal candidate would be highly motivated, incredibly organised, and passionate about the Spa and in-store Parties & Events.
You will be responsible for the daily running of the Spa, managing Party bookings, and updating our Google My Business page.

Whilst you will be primarily based at Concierge and supporting the running of the spa, this can include support the therapists with room turnovers, setting up treatment consultations and being day makers for our spa clients. You will be required on the shop floor when needed to deliver exceptional consultations to our customers and future clients.

You also will be trained up in our Spa Parties, so must be comfortable in the Spa and being hands on.

Shop floor Parties are also a key part of this role as you'll be managing the bookings of these experiences and also delivering them to our customers. 

Candidates will need to be competent at communication with clients via email and phone, as well as confident navigating the Google Suite & learning the Spa Booking system.

The shift timings for the selected candidate would be the same as store opening and closing times.

As a Sales Assistant, your knack for maintaining a positive and approachable communication flow contributes uniquely to the team's success on the shop floor.
