Position Summary
As a technician, you’re the behind-the-scenes hero who keeps the fun running at full speed. You make sure every game is ready for action, every guest leaves with a smile, and every visit is unforgettable. From fixing games and keeping them in top shape to helping guests get back to the fun, you play a key role in delivering the ultimate entertainment experience.
Key Responsibilities
· Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on arcade games to minimize downtime and maintain like-new condition.
· Collaborate with the Technical Manager or General Manager to develop and execute a preventive maintenance plan.
· Source and manage game parts to minimize expenses and maintain accurate tracking in the web-based system.
· Communicate all arcade operational issues promptly to management.
· Assist guests with game issues in a friendly and timely manner.
· Keep token changers, ticket stations, and instant win merchandise stocked and functioning properly.
· Follow all security procedures for token collection, storage, and company assets.
· Assist with game cleaning, ticket loading, and general arcade upkeep.
· Support other locations with game setups, moves, and operational improvements as needed.
· Maintain compliance with all company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards.
· Perform other related duties as assigned by management
Requirements
· High School diploma and some technical training.
· Minimum one year of technical experience or equivalent training through classwork or previous employment.
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
· Strong communication and team leadership skills
