Ulan West has an exciting opportunity for an energetic and driven Outbye Superintendent to join our high performing team of professionals. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be an integral part of the leadership team managing the Outbye process. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the Outbye team to undertake the services and support necessary to meet the Longwall production and Development budgets in a safe and cost-effective manner and in compliance with all relevant Mining Regulations.

To be successful in this position, you will exemplify visible leadership through driving operational performance, coaching and mentoring key personnel and initiating continuous improvement. Previous experience in Outbye processes and knowledge of risk identification processes, safe work procedures and relevant statutory requirements is essential. Tertiary qualifications in Mining Engineering or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
