Hybrid Inpatient Staff Pharmacist presso Avita Health System

Staff pharmacists perform a wide range of duties serving all patients from newborn to geriatric and throughout all of Avita’s service lines. Typical duties include reviewing medication orders, compounding and dispensing duties, supervising and directing support personnel, providing clinical services such as drug information, pharmacokinetic dosing, clinical consultations, and critical care response.  

Shift Information: Full-time, dayshift, hours vary, float

REQ:

• Current Pharmacist licensure in good standing in the State of Ohio
• Graduated from an accredited School of Pharmacy
• Doctor of Pharmacy degree or Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent
