ECS is seeking an Oracle Developer to work in our Washington, DC office.
ECS is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Developer to join our organization in Washington, DC. In this job you will support agents, analysts, and professionals and technology they use to fight terrorism, espionage, cyber-attacks, and major criminal threats.
As the Oracle Developer, you will work closely with senior developers and technical leads to support the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of our Oracle Identity Management (IDM) system. You will contribute to the evolution of our IDM infrastructure by collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to help deliver effective identity and access management solutions.
At a minimum, the candidate shall have demonstrated ability to develop, engineer, and enhance IdAM capabilities and components, and the overall IdAM system infrastructure.
The candidate shall be proficient in the development/engineering/enhancement of IdAM capabilities, components, and processes. This candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining web applications and software.
- Execute technology frameworks and 3-5 year technology roadmaps.
- Document technical engineering designs, approaches, and strategies.
- Develop/engineer identity management software workflows and other COTS software configurations.
- Perform Oracle, Windows, and Red Hat Enterprise Linux patching and system updates.
- Perform scripting in Bash, PowerShell, Java, and JSON.
- Verify software scripts and external/internal data synchronization processes.
- Maintain Identity and Access Management Oracle products including Oracle Access Manager (OAM), Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), Oracle Virtual Directory (OVD), and Oracle Internet Directory (OID).
- Provide knowledge transfer and hands-on training to other team members.
- Review existing procedures and implement efficiency improvements to include automation of manual processes.
- Configure and implement Role and Attribute Based Access Control Policies.
Salary Range: $155,776 - $165,224
