- Set up, position, stabilize, and dismantle cranes as site conditions require.
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance or safety concerns.
- Transport cranes and assist with setup across job sites.
- Lift roofing materials, HVAC units, trusses, steel, and other construction components.
- Maintain accurate lift documentation and logbooks.
- Operate additional equipment (forklifts, boom lifts, scissor lifts).
- Assist with deliveries, routine maintenance, and job site support tasks.
- Keep crane equipment clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Valid NCCCO (or equivalent) crane operator certification.
- Valid Class A CDL.
- Strong safety mindset and proven safe work practices.
- Exceptional attendance and reliability.
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of the role.
- Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Commitment to wearing and maintaining required PPE.

This is a full-time non-exempt position. Normal business hours will vary depending on the season. Some weekends and travel may be required. Start time will be determined based on season and schedule.
