The Human Resources Administrative Assistant/Front Desk Coordinator is the first point of contact for our company. The HR Administrative Assistant duties include offering administrative support across the organization and providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers. This position is an in-office only position.
Duties:
Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
Collaborate with HR and other departments while working independently on daily administrative duties.
Assist in administrative duties for CEO including but not limited to expense reports, travel arrangements and scheduling
Coordinate building maintenance (inspections, follow-ups, etc)
Manage incoming calls and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate departments.
Maintain and organize office files, records, and databases.
Sort and deliver daily mail
Handle office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
Monitor and stock kitchen supplies
Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing.
Support preparation and execution of internal and occasional off-site company meetings and events, including facility set up, ordering/placement of food and refreshments, tear-down and removal of event materials/food
Requirements
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
