Responsibilities
- Drive Growth Through Cross-Sell & Upsell Campaigns
Execute targeted marketing tactics that unlock new revenue opportunities within our existing customer base. - Boost Retention & Re-Engagement
Implement strategic marketing plans to retain customers and re-engage those at risk or previously lapsed. - Own the Customer Marketing Calendar
Manage and execute email communications including newsletters, surveys, nurture workflows, event updates, and engagement campaigns. - Champion Customer Advocacy
Lead the creation and maintenance of customer advocacy materials—think testimonials, case studies, reviews, and referrals. - Engage with Customer Feedback
Monitor and respond to customer reviews across platforms like app stores and review sites to ensure a positive brand presence. - Support Memorable Customer Events
Collaborate across teams to deliver impactful in-person and virtual events such as webinars, roadshows, and workshops. - Tell a Consistent, Compelling Story
Ensure all customer-facing content aligns with Eptura’s brand voice and reinforces our position as a thought leader. - Measure, Optimize, Repeat
Track performance, report on results, and continuously improve customer marketing programs within budget and timelines.
About You
- Detail-Oriented & Organized
You’re a planner at heart—skilled in managing multiple projects, timelines, and budgets without missing a beat. - Strong Communicator & Collaborator
You build relationships easily and work well across teams to bring ideas to life. - Thrives Under Pressure
You’re comfortable juggling multiple priorities and tight deadlines in a dynamic environment. - Marketing Experience (2+ Years)
You’ve got hands-on experience in marketing, ideally with a focus on customer engagement or lifecycle marketing. - Tech-Savvy with Marketing Tools
Proficient in platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, GoToWebinar, Wrike and CMS tools. - Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
