Hybrid Part-time Assistant- Mayor's Office presso City of Caldwell (ID)

About the Department

The City of Caldwell is looking for a part time intern to join the Mayors Office. Individual will primarily participate in research and community outreach. Responsibilities may vary in response to the city’s changing priorities and emerging needs. The principal duties of this position are performed in a general office environment, with remote work options, and flexible scheduling to accommodate college courses.

This position serves the city through meaningful research and community projects while getting a firsthand look at local government operations and making connections with the mayor and other public servants.

Position Duties

• Conducts research and effectively communicates findings through reports, presentations, or other appropriate formats.
• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events.
• Provide support for the day-to-day operations and administrative functions of the Mayor’s Office.
• Performs other related duties as assigned or required.
