Warren Management Group, Inc. seeks an individual to join our team in Peyton(Falcon), CO. This position will be responsible for providing guests with a pleasant and memorable experience at the community's lodge (Recreation Center), assisting walk-ins as well as those who rent the facility for private events.

  

Job Purpose and Summary

The Stonebridge Lodge Attendant is a part-time position that oversees the operation of the lodge facility, an amenity owned by the Stonebridge Homeowners Association.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet guests when they arrive to use the facility; 
  • Provide a welcoming presence to guests and owners, answering questions and offering support throughout their visit;
  • Assist Owners with questions about booking private events, including explaining rental policies, fee structures, and required documentation;
  • Oversee private events, review and follow opening and closing checklists, and be available to answer any questions;
  • Coordinate with private event hosts on setup, basic tech needs (TV or music requirements), and event flow while monitoring for compliance with Lodge rental guidelines;
  • Uphold community standards and Lodge policies approved by the Board of Directors during private events by ensuring guests follow all policies and procedures in a respectful, professional manner;
  • Report any facility repairs needed to the Community Association Manager;
  • Log incidents, owner requests, or unusual activity and provide communication with management as needed;
  • Understand and follow procedures provided in the training manual, including the key fob system, event contracts and booking, facility open/close processes, security camera operation (Lorex), garden box rentals, etc. 
  • Monitor Lodge cleanliness, supplies, and safety conditions; restock supplies or report needs as appropriate;
  • Other tasks, as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Ability

  • Must possess personal values which align with those of the Company;
  • Can follow written and oral instructions and work with limited supervision;
  • Able to organize resources and establish priorities;
  • Able to work independently and flexibly on several projects concurrently.
  • Able to maintain a strict level of confidentiality;
  • Use of proper spoken and written communication of the English language, including spelling, grammar, and punctuation;
  • Comfortable working with basic office technology, including the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Address guest concerns and de-escalate minor conflicts in a calm, professional manner, referring issues to management as needed.


Schedule and Availability

Hours of the facility vary; however, the facility is open during business hours 5 days per week, and private events are held generally during weekend and/or evening hours. Staff hosts must be willing to share the duties of shifts that occur during these times and days. Staff must coordinate with colleagues to ensure appropriate coverage during regular hours and private events. Staff may share and rotate shifts depending on team availability.

Work Environment

  • This position is in a community center facility where activities take place both inside and outside.
  • The noise level of the work environment is usually moderate.
  • Periods of standing or walking for extended time may be required during events.
  • Lifting up to 25lbs occasionally (e.g. moving chairs, lifting event supplies, lifting Lodge supplies, etc.) may be necessary.

Job Type: Part-time
