The faculty rank will depend on experience and qualifications. Additional certification of advanced training in general dentistry (GPR, AEGD), pediatric dentistry, or special needs dentistry and commitment to continuing education is desirable. Applicants should have a special interest in treating patients with intellectual and developmental disabilities with a desire to teach and mentor predoctoral students and residents.
