Experience                                                         :               7+ years

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Ensuring consistency in product quality through quality systems implementation.
  2. Analyzing the customer complaints and finding out the route cause of the problem.
  3. Ensuring that the necessary corrective actions on the problem are taken and preventive measures are implemented to avoid re occurrence of the problem. 
  4. Analyzing the rejection / field complaint data by using appropriate quality tools and act upon the problem with shop floor team to keep the rejection rate within the limit set by the Management.
  5. Conducting the audit in shop floor to ensure the implementation of the process improvements requirements mentioned in CAPA.
  6. Co-ordinating with other departments to ensure that the non-conformities pointed out during internal and external audits are timely closed.
  7. Working closely with engineering and production team in the execution of new product line set up or change in process.
  8. Working closely either as a leader or members of small group activity / task force team to resolve the quality problems.
  9. Educating the shop floor team about the standards of quality management systems and quality tools.

  1. Knowledge of product and processes.
  2. Knowledge of latest quality trend in Market
  3. Knowledge QMS, ROHs and REACH.
  4. Knowledge of problem solving tools.
  5. Knowledge of FMEA, MSA, PPAP, APQP, Control Plan, Control Chart.
