Advantage Home Health Services is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team serving patients in Southern Stark and Surrounding Counties. Position Overview
The PTA will work collaboratively with our in-house therapy team to deliver individualized care plans that promote independence, safety, and quality of life for our patients in the home setting. This role offers a manageable caseload, local travel, and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients and families.

• Qualifications

• Current Ohio licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant (required)
• Minimum of one year of recent PTA experience (hospital, SNF, ALF, hospice, or home health) preferred
• Home health experience is beneficial but not required; training available for the right candidate
• Strong communication skills with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
