Federal Project Management experience is a must
Project Management certification is required, PMP is preferred

Job Description:

You will be managing a team that is tasked with operations and maintenance of existing systems, help desk support, reporting, system maintenance and decommissioning of the current system once a new one is online.  

You will plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects. Lead and guide the work of technical staff. Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects. Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage. Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.

Qualifications:

• PMP Certification
• Bachelor's degree (computer science, IT, or related field) required, master’s degree preferred.
• Significant experience in project management, program management, or related roles is essential.
• Understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and software development lifecycles.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
