Provide intake and clinical assessment; brief multi-culturally responsive individual counseling; group counseling and workshops; referral; timely completion of documentation.
Attend bi-weekly group supervision for part-time clinical staff, and individual supervision, if needed for licensure status. Seek additional clinical consultation from supervisor and/or Counseling Center clinical staff, as needed.
Performs all other duties and responsibilities as assigned or directed by the supervisor. This may include attendance of and participation in required training for role.

Candidates must be licensed, or license-eligible, as a social worker, professional counselor, or psychologist in the state of Maryland at the time of hiring. Maryland State licensed clinical social worker, counselor (LCPC) or psychologist. Experience with college student population. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Candidates must exhibit an understanding and commitment to a culturally-focused developmental model and have a demonstrated ability to initiate and implement interventions that promote a healthy, inclusive campus environment and meet the mental health needs of the University community.
