We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven manager to spearhead transformation initiatives within the Global Quality & Process Excellence team. This role is central to driving measurable business impact through process innovation, automation, and strategic project execution. 

Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution 

  • Drive critical, high-visibility projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope 
  • Align with cross-functional workstream leads on project scoping, process mapping, and gap analysis 
  • Develop, maintain, and track integrated project plans, milestones, and charters 

Stakeholder Management 

  • Engage and collaborate with stakeholders from all functions 
  • Prepare and present project updates, performance summaries, and strategic recommendations 

Business Analysis & Insight Generation 

  • Extract and analyze data from platforms such as Salesforce Analytics, QlikView, and Compass to inform strategic decisions 
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to enhance product-level quality and customer experience 
  • Monitor industry trends and cross-sector benchmarks to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement 

Process Harmonization & Optimization 

  • Drive and support alignments of cross-functional processes to ensure efficiency, scalability, and customer-centric outcomes 
  • Support go-to-market strategies for quality improvement initiatives 
  • Manage ad hoc strategic interventions and process alignments to ensure timely realization of planned objectives 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in shipping, logistics, business, or comparable degree
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable strategies 
  • Demonstrated decision-making ability in both structured and ambiguous environments 
  • A collaborative and trustworthy collaborator capable of building relationships across diverse cultures and hierarchical levels 
  • High resilience and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure 
  • Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to influence and gain alignment across different perspectives 
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
