SUMMARY:
The WAVE Instructor/Advisor position facilitates learning gains with at-risk teenagers and ensures their success in middle school as well as earning a high school diploma. Advisors work in a blended, project based learning educational setting with a presence in both the learning lab (face to face instruction) and online with students, guiding them in developing and completing curriculum projects that meet Michigan content expectations. Advisors also may conduct home visits. In addition, collaboration will take place on a regular basis with other instructional staff. This instructional position is year-round, covering 210 working days. Hiring for Integrated Sciences (DI), multiple certifications preferred. This position will begin September 1st for the 2025-2026 school year.

TERMS:
