Hybrid Daycare Worker presso Sanger Independent School District

To plan and implement a daily schedule that includes activities such as storytime, crafting, outdoor play, and learning games.

• Proven experience as a Daycare Worker or relevant role
• Excellent understanding of child development in different age stages
• Ability to handle children’s emotional and behavioral issues with patience and kindness
• Valid certification in first aid and CPR
• High school diploma; further training in child development is a plus
• Excellent communication and instructional skills

1. Supervise and monitor children’s play activities
2. Provide basic care and caregiving activities
3. Use a wide range of teaching methods to enhance the child’s abilities
4. Organize nap and snack hours and supervise children to ensure they are safe at all times
5. Track children’s progress and report to parents
6. Communicate with parents or guardians about daily activities, behaviors, and related issues
7. Sanitize play equipment, games, and toys regularly
8. Attend to basic needs by feeding the children and changing diapers

1. Assist with office and workroom clerical duties as needed.
2. Maintain confidentiality.
3. Participate in staff development, faculty meetings, and special events as needed.
4. Perform other duties assigned.
