Your role
We’re looking for someone like you to:
• develop and distribute daily and weekly sales ideas based on market trends, product strategies, and advisor/client resources across various levels of leadership
• understand KPIs for the firm, Field Leaders and Financial Advisors in order to build sales plans that align across all segments
• identify opportunities and curate sales content related to current market trends, research, demand and internal/external solutions to provide comprehensive solutions across client segments
• deliver high-quality, regionally tailored, support to facilitate client acquisition and retention
• prepare sales materials, including presentations, campaign content, and product updates
• coordinate Advisor/Field Leader meetings and attend, as needed
• identify and pursue new opportunities by advisor/client profiling, lead identification, and follow-up activity
• ongoing partnership with internal strategy and analytics teams to identify campaign/focus criteria
• interact with third party partners, organizing and delivering sales support, thought leaders, and actionable ideas

• New Jersey: the salary range for this role is $90000 to $120000
