Hybrid EDI WebMethods Lead Developer presso Infosys Limited

Infosys is seeking highly skilled and experienced EDI WebMethods lead who can manage the development and support of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) solutions using the WebMethods platform. This role involves leading a team, designing, and implementing integrations, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of EDI processes within an organization.

This position is based out of Denver, CO. Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Denver, CO or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology
• At least 4 years of experience in EDI WebMethods
• EAI Development tools: WebMethods 4.x, 6.x, 7.x, 8.x, 9.x, 10.x, WebMethods.io B2B, WebMethods.io API Gateway, webMethods.io Integration Update Manager, Sterling Integrator 5.0
• EDI Standards & Protocols: ANSI X12 (810, 820, 850, etc.), EDIFACT (ORDERS, INVOIC, etc.), EDIINT 
• RDBMS: Oracle
• Proven expertise in managing end-to-end integration lifecycles, encompassing design, development, deployment, monitoring, and support of middleware solutions, with a strong focus on WebMethods migration implementations and B2B interface transitions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Should have demonstrated expertise in managing migration projects across WebMethods platforms, including successful transition of all B2B transactions and interfaces, ensuring minimal disruption and full operational continuity
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of developers
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex integration issues

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of integration solutions in WebMethods suite
• Manage and support EDI transactions (ANSI X12, EDIFACT) for client specific business partners
• Understand integration patterns and architecture for B2B systems using EDI standards and WebMethods components
• Prepare technical documentation including mapping specifications, interface designs, and deployment guides.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and business analysts to ensure alignment and successful delivery
