The HVOF Spray Booth Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining thermal spray equipment to apply coatings to various surfaces. This role requires strict attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to follow engineering specifications precisely.

The right candidate will
- Set up and operate thermal spray and HVOF coating equipment.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Prepare surfaces and materials for the coating process.
- Monitor and adjust machine settings for optimal performance.
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Document production activities and maintain accurate records.
What you will need:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in thermal spray coating operations, preferably HVOF.
- Knowledge of engineering drawings and specifications.
- Overhead crane experience
- Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
- Basic mechanical skills for equipment maintenance.
