As a Business Analyst, you will gather and interpret requirements, analyze business processes, and collaborate on digital, data, and AI-driven solutions to drive measurable business impact and transform the way we work. Partnering with Private Markets investment and portfolio teams, you will lead initiatives to enhance portfolio company management and the asset management lifecycle through innovation and strategic insights. Your responsibilities include building analytics frameworks, uncovering actionable insights, collaborating with engineering teams, ensuring data quality, and supporting the implementation of new solutions through user testing, training, and feedback.Salary range for this position: $87,300-126,500 per year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
