Are you a skilled bilingual (Korean/English) CDL-A driver who prides yourself on safe, timely deliveries and being a true team player? CJ Logistics is looking for dedicated Over the Road Drivers to join our growing fleet! If you're ready for consistent miles, a supportive team, and the satisfaction of delivering for our customers, we want to hear from you.
- Schedule: Alternates every other week between deliveries to Washington and Texas (One week Monday - Thursday and Saturday - Sunday, The following week Monday - Wednesday)
- Pay: $0.713/ cents per mile + $25/stop pay
- Pay Frequency: Weekly (Direct Deposit)!!
- Potential $1300 quarterly safety bonuses
- Paid Orientation!
What You'll Do:
- Deliver Excellence: Safely, efficiently, and legally transport and deliver freight within a 1000-mile radius of origin.
- Handle with Care: Expertly hook/unhook trailers, secure freight, and manage loading/unloading.
- Stay Compliant: Complete all necessary paperwork and maintain records in accordance with state and federal laws.
- Maintain Your Ride: Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on your assigned equipment.
- Be a Pro: Represent CJ Logistics and the trucking industry with professionalism on every journey.
- Team Up: Work closely with our dispatch team to plan routes and track deliveries for seamless operations.
What We're Looking For:
- A valid Class A CDL Driver's License is required.
- Bilingual proficiency I Korean and English
- A minimum of 24 months of full-time Class A tractor/trailer driving experience in the last 3 years.
- A clean driving record: No more than two (2) moving violations and no serious traffic violations in the last three (3) years.
- Solid knowledge of all applicable DOT Regulations and Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
- Ability to satisfy FMSCA/DOT requirements, including passing a drug/alcohol screen and physical.
- Ready for the road: Able to be away from home for extended periods, available for round-the-clock trips, and maintain alertness for up to 11 hours of driving.
- Physically able to perform all duties, including lifting/carrying/pushing/pulling up to 75 lbs, entering/exiting the cab, and working in various weather conditions.
