At Monzo, our Customer Operations Hiring Team is the backbone of our business' growth, especially within the realms of Customer Operations, Financial Crime, Fraud, and Disputes. Whether it's welcoming new faces to our Customer Service front line, their support teams, or bringing amazing Senior Leaders onboard, youâll play a big part in making it happen!
đYouâll play a key role byâŠ
- Delivering a stress-free, seamless candidate onboarding experience that leaves a lasting impression.
- Handling all things admin for onboarding, from getting new hires into our systems to making sure theyâre set to start their journey with us.
- Initiating and overseeing background checks, including right-to-work checks.
- Collaborating with People Operations & People Experience to make sure every detail is covered before a new hire joins.
- Jumping into projects to refine and streamline hiring processes, bringing efficiency and consistency to the table.
- Celebrating and championing inclusiveness and diversity, because everyone deserves a chance to shine.
- Taking on higher-level projects, including data reporting and insights for hiring, spotting trends, flagging opportunities, and helping us hire even smarter embracing efficiency and consistency.
- Managing relationships with multiple stakeholders to keep projects on track

- You have extensive previous experience working as a Recruitment Coordinator, Executive Assistant, or held a similar administration role.
- You have a real passion for hiring coordination? Check! Youâre all about the logistics, not Recruiting.
- Your organisational skills are unmatched, and your attention to detail is top-notch.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments.
- You have strong communication skills, both spoken and written.
- You have experience of juggling multiple stakeholders and adapting your approach to suit everyone.
- You're amazing at being a great multitasker and handling various requests and tasks with effortless prioritisation.
- You can be flexible, thriving amidst changing priorities and adapting seamlessly to whatever comes your way.
- Confident with reporting and using Data to make informed hiring decisions
