We are seeking an Associate Lecturer in Human Geography to contribute to the teaching and marking on modules within the Geography Subject area, on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will be ready and able to contribute to undergraduate teaching on the modules Cities and Environment at Level 4, and Spatial Development Planning at Level 5, as well as student projects.
About the Role
The post holder will be expected to contribute to undergraduate teaching delivery and associated marking and feedback. This would be in several areas of the curriculum related to Human Geography, on existing modules, and would include delivering lectures and leading seminar discussions.
About You
We are looking for someone who is interested in gaining further Higher Education teaching experience, having already been involved in student facing activities, perhaps during post-doctoral study. This would be a good opportunity to utilise your Human Geography knowledge to inspire undergraduate students, whilst gaining experience of working in a Higher Education Environment.

Grade Ac2 - £19.83 per hour (a multiplier of 2.5 may be applied depending on the work offered)
