About the Role

The Aircraft Technician is responsible for ensuring that company aircraft are maintained in accordance with the Airworthiness Standards prescribed by applicable Regulations,
 Airworthiness Directives, and Operator’s Op Specs at all times. Responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for aircraft maintenance including providing aircraft technical support, maintenance planning of daily, short term, and long-term planning of all maintenance activity.
  • Responsible for a thorough knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations, the General Maintenance Manual, the Operations Manual, and Operations Specifications
  • Responsible for communicating maintenance needs and possible associated downtime with the Manager, Maintenance and Chief Operating Officer, to include scheduled maintenance activity, unscheduled maintenance activity, and other activity that may affect the availability of the aircraft.
  • Responsible for all aviation related facilities

Who We’re Looking For

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred. Candidate must be at least 18 years old. Prior FAA Part 145 Repair Station and/or Part 135 Air Carrier experience required. Must have current FAA Airframe and Powerplant certificate with at least 5 years’ experience with corporate jet aircraft. Must remain eligible with current 135 operator for duties as Mechanic under operator’s Op Specs at all times.
