Riverside Research is seeking a full time MASINT Signatures Technical Subject Matter Expert to support the National MASINT Office in Reston, Virginia. The Signatures Technical Subject Matter Expert will lead efforts in studying and evaluating implementation of a future signatures repository. They will coordinate with stakeholders across the MASINT enterprise to analyze the current state of repositories, collaborate to draft requirements and define a future to-be state, capture use cases of future users at the tactical, operational, and strategic levels, and work among a team of software developers to recommend prototypes and implementation measures to decrease risk to mission.
Responsibilities:- Interface with internal and external stakeholders to analyze the current state of signatures for standardization, integration, and documentation
- Collaborate across multiple organizations to draft requirements and future capabilities for a to-be-defined system
- Capture future use cases at multiple levels
- Define the future system of record that stores and makes discoverable signatures
- Serve as lead author for a technical study incorporating inputs from both stakeholders and the rest of the study team
Required:
- Top Secret clearance with SCI adjudication
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, engineering, physics, computer science, mathematics, physical sciences or related fields
- Minimum 15 years’ experience working within the Intelligence Community (IC) and/or Department of the Air Force as an intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) subject matter expert
- Technical knowledge and expertise within one or more MASINT sensors or systems
- Excellent written communication skills
- Self-motivated, independent, detail oriented responsible team player capable of interacting with senior leaders within the intelligence community, and Department of Defense (DoD)
Desired:
- Master's degree in engineering, physics, computer science, mathematics, operations research, business administration, management, or international relations preferred
- Prior experience supporting the National MASINT Office or Headquarters Air Force A2
