Summary
We are looking for someone with a passion for food and strong time management abilities who can provide our customers with an exceptional experience. Our restaurant is busy, and we need a competent and experienced lead who can ensure that our meals are made precisely to guest orders while still following our standard recipes consistently. To work a variety of stations on any given shift. Your will report to the Store Manager or the Food Service Manager where applicable. You need to be a team player who can effectively communicate with employees to keep things running efficiently. Job Tasks:
Oversee daily operations of the quick food service department.
Train and supervise cashiers and food service associates.
Manage inventory and order supplies.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
Provide training to staff on proper food handling and safety procedures.
Investigate and address any food safety concerns or incidents.
Implement and maintain food safety protocols and standards.
Collaborate with health inspectors and regulatory agencies.
Requirements
Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with cash handling and inventory management.
Knowledge of customer service principles.
Must be able to obtain any local and Serve Safe certifications
Less than high school; at least 1 year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified, is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control.
Ability to follow routine verbal and written instructions.
Ability to read and write.
Ability to understand and follow safety procedures.
Ability to safely use cleaning equipment and supplies.
Ability to lead and train staff and/or students.
Ability to lift and manipulate heavy objects.
Knowledge of food service lines set-up and temperature requirements.
Skill in cooking and preparing a variety of foods.
Knowledge of food preparation and presentation methods, techniques, and quality standards.
Must be able to obtain and local health/safety cerifications
