The Alliance Manager is an experienced business professional with demonstrated ability to proactively create, cultivate and enhance relationships with strategic alliance relationships at Brivo.
The Alliance Manager will foster close working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the sales organizations efficient operation and success. The Global Alliance Manager will also be responsible for four strategic Alliance partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the comprehensive go-to-market strategy for jointly developed solutions with Brivo and key Alliance Partners, ensuring successful market penetration and adoption.
- Cultivate and manage the strategic business relationships between Brivo and Alliance Partners, driving mutual growth and long-term collaboration.
- Design and implement an industry-leading solution-selling process, specifically tailored to accelerate sales growth through Alliance Partners and Brivo's combined efforts.
- Assume full ownership for maintaining a precise and up-to-date pipeline and sales forecast, working in close collaboration with Alliance Partners and Brivo.
- Lead joint Brivo and Alliance Partner cross-functional and cross-organizational teams in the strategic development and execution of go-to-market plans.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of direct sales and alliance experience preferably within the security industry, SaaS, software sales, or information security.
- Demonstrated track record of success meeting assigned sales quotas on a consistent basis
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Present ideas, expectations and information in a concise, professional and well organized manner
- Process, data driven sales background. Strong experience with Salesforce.com, and building track-able, repeatable sales processes
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree
