What You’ll Do
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on copier and office equipment
- Install and configure new equipment at customer sites
- Troubleshoot technical issues and determine effective solutions
- Provide clear communication and top-tier customer service
- Maintain detailed service reports and follow company protocols
- Keep company vehicles, tools, and inventory in excellent condition
- Build lasting customer relationships through reliability and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
- Associate degree or technical school training preferred
- 6–12 months of related technical experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Ability to work independently while managing time effectively
