Employment Type: Full-Time

 

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with staffing agencies to support the temporary workforce needs of the site. 
  • Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to support safety-related programs and administrative follow-ups.
  • Assist with organizing emergency response activities, such as evacuation drills, and support adherence to site-level safety protocols in collaboration with the Safety Team.
  • Oversee daily administrative operations, including office supply inventory, equipment management, and facility coordination.
  • Manage communication with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery and service performance.
  • Administer corporate apartment lease, including new tenant coordination, vendor communication, payment tracking, and maintenance requests.
  • Process and record site-related administrative expenses in accordance with company procedures.
  • Perform general office and site support tasks as assigned to ensure operational continuity.

 

Qualification

  • Prior experience in office administration, operations support, or related field preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic work environment.
  • Bilingual in Korean and English is required.
