Hybrid Windows Measure Technician presso NEWPRO Operating LLC

Overview:

 

NEWPRO Home Solutions, the leading home improvement company in New England, is seeking Measuring Technicians for Doors and Windows to join our Hudson Valley NY team.

 

 

 

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• The Measure Technician performs the measure with detailed dimensions and specifications for the ordering team, by going to customer's homes and reviewing the job as outlined by the salesperson. 
• Will measure the job and check for potential installation problems.  
• Review concerns with Project Manager and Operations Manager  
• Create a list of all materials so that the job may be properly staged in the warehouse.
• Review contract with customer - Deal positively with the customer and/or employee 
• Perform service work as needed (Minimal)
• Three to five years of door and window experience as an installer and/or carpenter. Must understand all product lines and know how to diagnose and correct service problems.
• Able to use various power and hand tools.
• Able to communicate effectively with the customer and employees.
• Computer knowledge is helpful. 
• Other duties as assigned. 
• Must have a clean driving record and background check.
