Hybrid Loan Closer presso Frandsen Bank & Trust

Frandsen Bank & Trust is a growing community-oriented company looking for a Loan Closer to work at our Arden Hills office. This position must provide a high level of professional communication, attention to detail, and possess organizational and time management skills.

Job Duties:

• Prepare and review loan documents with accuracy including Closing Disclosures and closing packages
• Prepare and finalize closing disclosures and documents
• Obtain and review closing conditions per underwriting
• Manage the flow of incoming closing requests
• Resolve issues and discrepancies quickly
• Ensure compliance and regulations are adhered to
• Compile and finalize post-closing loan programming requirements for boarding to core system

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to close 40+ loans per month with minimal exceptions
• Familiar with TRID and HMDA regulations
• Community banking background

Education:

• High school diploma and some college (preferred)
• Associate's degree (preferred)

Experience:

• 3+ years of mortgage closer experience required

Salary range for this role is $21.00 to $27.00 per hour, depending on experience.
