Hybrid Student Assistance Program (SAP) Liaison presso Family Counseling Center of Armstrong County

Student Assistance Program (SAP) Liaison assumes primary responsibility for the discharge of state-required SAP activities for all schools within Armstrong County. Bachelor’s degree required in Psychology, Social Work, or related field. Salary $40,000. Excellent compensation package including health care, matching retirement, paid time off, and CME. 40-hour work week with summers off. As the principal liaison with the schools, the SAP liaison will spend time on-site with school conferences and consultations with school personnel. They will also assist in the assessment and referral of students to Mental Health, Drug and Alcohol and other community programs. Maintaining regular communication with the county mental health authority (BDHP), the SAP liaison will complete all required data collection of SAP activities. Intake responsibility is also assumed for some school referred students. Funded in part by Armstrong/Indiana BDHP Program.
