Job Summary
Works independently and in a team environment, including cross-functionally, to collect documents in preparation for disposition. Responsibilities entail use of judgment and initiative within guidelines of well-defined scope. Duties require accuracy, a high degree of initiative, discretion, diplomacy, and knowledge of protocol. Anticipates changing priorities and problems. Work location is in person at our facility in Grand Junction, CO working a 4/10 schedule, offering every Friday off. Employment is “at-will”.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary technical reviewer of documents intended for final customer acceptance of associated product(s).
- Creation and entry of deliverable documentation to include LATR, ADC, ADS, and statistics generation.
- Achieve at least a 95% first pass acceptance rate on documents submitted for signature or approval.
- Adhere to company OPSEC and Controlled Unclassified Information protocols
- Follow up to ensure completion of actions.
- Perform data entry to maintain logs and track documentation.
- Collect document in preparation for indexing, shredding, and/or digitizing.
- Operate standard office equipment, including automation tools.
- Provide technical support and advice to assure that operational activities are performed in compliance with company/government policies and regulations in a cost-effective way and within the timelines established
- Revision of Standard Operating Procedure, Work Instruction and Forms required to comply with ISO 9001 : 2015 and ISO 14001 : 2015
- Act as the primary technical reviewer of documents intended for final customer acceptance of associated product(s).
- Creation and entry of deliverable documentation to include LATR, ADC, ADS, and statistics generation.
- Utilize a procurement integrated enterprise environment system (PIEE).
- Perform and maintain data entry using Government systems such as Wide Area Workflow (PIEE/WAWF), EDA, and Worldwide Ammunition Repository Program (WARP).
- Interface with accounting to resolve any payment issues (as required).
- Extract data from lot acceptance testing to generate error free and timely Lot Acceptance Test Reports
- Author Job Instructions for government systems and documentation
- Track and communicate status of documentation through multiple systems across organizational boundaries.
- Route documents to assure timely approvals are received.
- Ensure current version distribution of controlled documents.
- Author/revise specifications and quality plans relative to document control.
- Conduct training on government systems entry, document generation and review associated with customer acceptance of product and document control topics.
- Identify and implement improvements in quality and customer satisfaction.
- Other duties as assigned.

This position requires use of information and data which is subject to US Export Regulations, including but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), 22 C.F.R. 120 et seq., and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), 15 C.F.R. 730 et seq. Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident Card Holder
- Must pass initial and subsequent background checks
- Must pass pre employment and subsequent drug and alcohol screenings
- Must comply with internal non-disclosure agreement requirements
- Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Maintain Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives “Employee Possessor” eligibility and Federal Prohibitor status regarding ?rearms
- Intermediate proficiency using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including spelling, grammar, punctuation, and proper use of syntax.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment.
- Knowledge of filing systems and common office procedures.
- Effective communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills required.

This position works Monday - Thursday, 7 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
This position will remain open until 5 p.m. on August 13, 2025.
